Should I be a vegan?
This is a question I hear over and over again, so after receiving yet another question regarding this topic, I decided it deserved a video of its own.
And for those of you who don’t care to watch the videos, here’s my bottom line:
A plant-based diet is the name of the game. There are several different was to achieve a plant-based diet, veganism being one of them.
Create the core of your diet around plant-based foods and then develop a relationship with your body that will allow you to hear and understand what other foods your body wants/needs/desires for life, energy, and support.
