Meal Prep

Short for meal prep is the act of planning, preparing, and packaging your meals and snacks in advance. Here we do it with the intention of clean eating and portion control.

Portion control can have a major positive impact on your health and overall diet. As some of us tend to overeat whatever we find in our fridges. Preparing a meal ahead of time can save you time, money and yourself from overeating.

Some highly requested recipes are our chicken burrito bowls, packed with flavors and colors. Our quick 5-minute brown rice + black bean bowls as well as our clean eating western egg muffins, which are simply delish and nutritious.
