Tomato Basil + Feta Quinoa Salad
Yield: Makes 2 cups

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbles
- 1/4 fresh cut basil
- salt and pepper to taste
