Tomato Basil + Feta Quinoa Salad

Yield: Makes 2 cups

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbles
  • 1/4 fresh cut basil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Combine everything in a large bowl, mix well.  Serve and enjoy.
