big handfuls baby spinach
chopped

clove
garlic
crushed

COOKED quinoa

chopped yellow pepper

chopped mango
Juice from 1/2 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine baby spinach, garlic, quinoa, pepper, and mango in a medium bowl. Top with lime juice, salt and pepper. Gently toss and enjoy!
