Buttermilk Ranch Dressing with Greek Yogurt

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing with Greek yogurt is an easy, healthy, low-fat, 5-minute recipe! Made with a combination of low-fat buttermilk, mayo, low-fat Greek yogurt, diced onion, garlic, and fresh herbs. This delicious dip can be made right in a bowl or mason jar (no food processor or blender needed!) and is delightful when drizzled over your favorite salads or grain bowls, or used as a dip for veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • pinch cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated. Alternatively, ingredients can be combined with the use of a food processor or blender. Makes 1 cup.

Notes

Level up your ingredients by choosing mayonnaise that uses avocado oil in place of low-quality seed and vegetable oils.
Store up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
