Papaya Salsa with Avocado
This bright and flavorful papaya salsa is a blend of juicy papaya, avocado, red onion and cilantro, all tossed together and seasoned with lime juice. Papaya salsa is perfect when served as a dip for chips, or a topping for tacos or grilled chicken.

Ingredients

ripe papaya,
seeded and cut into small cubes

avocado,
cut into small cubes
1/2
red onion,
diced

large handful
cilantro,
chopped

tablespoons
lime juice
salt and pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix together.
Test for seasoning, adjust if needed, and enjoy!
Notes
Papaya salsa is best enjoyed within 24 hours of being made. However, it will last in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
