Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing
Servings: 8 servings
- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons diced shallots
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl combine yogurt, blue cheese, mayo, garlic, and shallot. Mix together mashing the blue cheese into the mixture as you go.
Stir in lemon juice, white wine, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Enjoy!
