Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons diced shallots
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine yogurt, blue cheese, mayo, garlic, and shallot.  Mix together mashing the blue cheese into the mixture as you go.
  • Stir in lemon juice, white wine, and salt and pepper.  Mix well.  Enjoy!
