Sweet and Tart Beet Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped up beets about 1 large beet
  • 1/2 yellow onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of plain fat free Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into your food processor and puree until the mixture is smooth.
  • Makes about 1 cup.
