Ingredients

  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 chopped white onion
  • 1/2- seeded jalapeno
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Enjoy!
  • Makes about 2 cups of salsa.
