Green Smoothies 3-Ways!

Instructions
1-cup fresh chopped mango
- cup coconut milk (I used the lite)
cup baby spinach
1 tsp. honey
3-5 ice cubes
1 cup almond milk
2 handfuls spinach
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp. unsweetened coco powder
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 apple, chopped
2 cups of kale (2 large leaves)
1 inch piece of ginger
