Clean Eating Chocolate Pumpkin Bars
Servings: 9 servings
- 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Pre heat oven to 350
Grease a 99 baking dish with butter, coconut oil, or cooking spray.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then stir until everything is well combined and the batter is smooth.
Transfer to the greased baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is firm and the edges are browned.
Cool completely. Cut and enjoy!
