Cranberry Ginger Relish

  • 3 cups cranberries
  • 1 navel orange preferably organic
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup honey


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until chopped and well incorporated.
  • Note: If you have small processor, you can chop up each ingredient separately, add to a large bowl and then add in the honey and ginger and stir until well combined.
