Sonoma Chicken Salad

  • 1 heaping cup cooked chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans (I like them toasted)
  • 3/4 cup green grapes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Combine everything in a nice big bowl, stir well. Serve and enjoy!
