Very Berry Hemp Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cup hemp milk or whatever milk you like
  • 1/4 cup hemp heart seeds


  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until thick and creamy. Divide amongst two cups and enjoy.
