Oven Baked Salmon | 3 Easy Recipes

I used sockeye salmon for these recipes.
You can swap out whatever salmon you prefer, simply adjust cooking times as needed.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces salmon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces salmon
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/8 th teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 th teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish or rimed baking sheet with olive oil or butter. Lay salmon in pan.
  • In a small spouted cup, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
  • Pour marinade over the top of salmon and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
