Chocolate and Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

cup
of cooked Oatmeal
1
tbsp
natural crunchy peanut butter
1
scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
1/4
cup
of water or milk
A squish of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Add water or milk to cooked oatmeal and heat in the microwave for 60 seconds.
Add peanut butter and pop back into the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.
Stir in protein powder and sweetner...Enjoy!
