Napa Cabbage and Watercress Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of Napa cabbage about 8 cups, sliced thinly
  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • A small red onion thinly sliced into half moons
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 tsp of ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together coriander, garlic powder, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl toss together cabbage, watercress, onions and apple.
  • Pour the dressing over the greens and toss. Adjust seasonings and top with walnutsenjoy!
