Napa Cabbage and Watercress Salad

Ingredients
1/2
head of Napa cabbage
about 8 cups, sliced thinly
1
bunch of watercress
A small red onion
thinly sliced into half moons
1
granny smith apple
1
tsp
of ground coriander
1/2
tsp
of garlic powder
1
tsp
of Dijon mustard
3
tbsp
of fresh lemon juice
3
tbsp
of olive oil
1
tbsp
of honey
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together coriander, garlic powder, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
In a large bowl toss together cabbage, watercress, onions and apple.
Pour the dressing over the greens and toss. Adjust seasonings and top with walnutsenjoy!
