Broccoli "Slaw"

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of broccoli cut into bite size pieces (4 cups)
  • Small head of Napa cabbage about 4 cups, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced scallions
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 14 cup of dried cherries chopped up
  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Combine broccoli, cabbage and scallions in a large bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic. Whisk well and pour over veggies.
  • Finish with sunflower seeds and cherries...Enjoy!
