Ingredients

bunch of broccoli
cut into bite size pieces (4 cups)
Small head of Napa cabbage
about 4 cups, thinly sliced

of sliced scallions

sesame oil

apple cider vinegar

light soy sauce

crushed garlic

of dried cherries
chopped up

roasted sunflower seeds
Instructions
Combine broccoli, cabbage and scallions in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic. Whisk well and pour over veggies.
Finish with sunflower seeds and cherries...Enjoy!
