Ingredients

of cooked brown rice

can of low sodium black beans
drained and rinsed

coconut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine rice and beans in a medium bowl and microwave for about two minutes (or until heated through). Stir in coconut oil and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
