5-Minute Brown Rice And Black Bean Bowl
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup canned black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 avocado chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
Microwave the rice in a microwave safe dish for two minutes or until heated through.
Stir in beans, coconut oil, salt and garlic powder. Finish by gently tossing in avocado and tomatoes. Enjoy!
