rinsed and drained

coconut oil

of kosher salt

Instructions
Microwave the rice in a microwave safe dish for two minutes or until heated through.
Stir in beans, coconut oil, salt and garlic powder. Finish by gently tossing in avocado and tomatoes. Enjoy!
