Clean Eating Chocolate Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • Grease a 99 baking dish with butter, coconut oil, or cooking spray.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then stir until everything is well combined and the batter is smooth.
  • Transfer to the greased baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is firm and the edges are browned.
  • Cool completely. Cut and enjoy!
