Pour vinegar and honey into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once youve got a boil, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for about 20-30minutes or until the vingar has become thick enough to coat the back of a spoon (you should have about 1/4-1/3 cup of glaze when its done).
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store ina container with a lid and pop it in the fridge. It should last you a few weeks.
