Creamy Cucumber and Dill Salad

  • 1 cucumber seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 white onion sliced into half moons
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt


  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Adjust seasonings as needed. Serve and enjoy!!
