Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water or your favorite milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
