Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain toast I like Ezekiel
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1/3 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

Instructions

  • Toast your whole grain bread. Top with nut butter, sliced banana and chia seeds. Enjoy!
