Here in Southern California, September is one of the hottest months we have, so this Strawberry-Vanilla Smoothie is still on my menu.
Besides, I really wanted to sneak in one more summer-time QuickBite before we start cuddling into the warmer foods of fall.
Smoothies really are one of my favorite meals in the summer, they’re just so fast and so easy (not to mention absolutely delicious).
There’s not too much to say about this one… you’ll just have to watch if you want to learn what I think the secret is to a perfect smoothie;).
Yield: Serves 1
Combine soymilk, water, and protein powder in a blender and blend until well combined. Add in frozen strawberries and blend until you have a nice thick, creamy, delicious smoothie. Enjoy!
