Paleo Recipes

The paleo (caveman) or stone-age diet is a modern fad diet. Requiring the predominant eating of foods presumed to have been available to humans during the Paleolithic era.

In order to feel as healthy as well as strong as our hunter/gatherer ancestors, we recommend you try a more natural nutrition plan for a complete day's diet. Try our egg white muffins as a healthy breakfast meal. As for lunch have a cast iron salmon with steamed veggies. How about a simple how-to video for roast spaghetti squash.
