Fruit Salad with Mint Basil and Lime

Yield: 6 cups

Prep Time:20 minutes

Cook Time:0 minutes

Total Time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped nectarines
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1/4 cup each fresh chopped mint + basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

  1. Pop all the fruit into a nice big bowl.  Add in mint, basil, lime juice, and honey and gently toss until well combined.  Serve + enjoy.

Nutrients per cup of salad: Calories: 62; Total Fat: 0.4g; Saturated Fat: 0g; Cholesterol: 0mg; Sodium 1mg, Carbohydrate: 15.9g; Dietary Fiber: 2g; Sugars: 12.1g; Protein: 1.2g
