Tuna VegWatch the step-by-step video HERE.

Every week, my hubby and I chop up a bunch of veggies to keep in our fridge as an easy, head start ingredient to use through out the week.  This simple, veggie packed tuna salad is one of our favorite ways to use those veggies.  Grab big handful of veggie, chop them fine, and them mix them in with some tuna and Greek yogurt.  Super easy and insanely delish!

What’s a good sub for the yogurt? While I do some cheese here and there, I tend to stay away from dairy. Thank you!

Have you tried Veganaise? I really like it as a dairy free vegan mayo alternative.

Yay! I’m so glad you’re kids enjoyed it!! I love when my kids eat what I make 🙂 I do have a few recipes with ground chicken on my website; although, you can substitute most recipes that call for ground turkey or beef with ground chicken instead.

    Hi Dani,
we were wondering about the measurements on this one and in general. We are eagerly watching your videos and trying out your recipes, but on the videos it seems that the “cup” measurements you are using are far larger then what we have here. Since we are in Germany we usually use the metric system, but have bought some cup sets to accommodate US recipes.
Anyway it seems that the cups or even 1/3 cups you are using in the videos are far larger than what we have. Do you have any advice or comment about that.
    Thanks

Hmmm, I’m really not sure. I know that one US cup = 150grams or 6 ounces. Hopefully that helps!
