Watch the step-by-step video here.

This simple vinaigrette made from raw apple cider vinegar is an easy and delicious way to put a seasonal twist on a basic vinaigrette.

When you are shopping for your vinegar, be sure to look for a variety that says, “with the mother’ (I like Braggs).  You will notice some sediment floating on the bottom, thats a good thing! Those are gut friendly enzymes and bacteria that are said to help heal and support the gut (which is where your immunity lives).

Try this dressing with my Autumn Chopped Salad (match made in heaven!).

I made this dressing about 4 days ago and put it in my fridge as the recipe states. The next day it was fantastic! Took it out 2 days later and it was pretty much solidified. What have I done wrong?

Hi Jana! You haven’t done anything wrong. Once the oil in the dressing gets super cold it will solidify. All you need to do is leave it out at room temp. and it will liquify again.

I made the apple cider Vinaigrette, is it ok to Refrigerate and how long Can I keep it. Well taking it out all The time to sit in room temperature to use make it go bad, how many times do you recommend that I can do that for. Chris
