Very Berry Hemp Smoothie
Yield: Serves 2

Total Time: 2 minutes
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1.5 cup hemp milk (or whatever milk you like)
- 1/4 cup hemp heart seeds
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until thick and creamy. Divide amongst two cups and enjoy.
