Banana Nut Chia Toast

- 1 slice whole grain toast (I like Ezekiel)
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/3 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
Toast your whole grain bread. Top with nut butter, sliced banana and chia seeds. Enjoy!
