Weekend meal prep has become a nonnegotiable habit in our house.
Every weekend I think about our meals for the week, do the grocery shopping and then come home and do my meal prep. It’s a process that I have really grown to love and on the occasion when I don’t do it (I know I said it was nonnegotiable but I am human) I really, really miss it!
I have found that since I began to meal prep on the weekends, my weekly eating habits have improved a ton. Like I mention in the video, I am usually very willing to eat a salad but not always so willing to make one! So having fresh cut veggies and salad jars prepped and ready to go is a game-changer for me when it comes to healthy weekday eating.
