This week I am answering two questions:
1. When it comes to quinoa and brown rice, is one better than the other?
2. When weight loss is the goal, should we be eating full fat or non fat dairy?
I’ve been going back and forth on the dairy for a while myself, but my general consensus is that high quality, full fat dairy is the way to go.

With that being said, I still buy non-fat Greek yogurt (along with the full fat) mostly because I like them and love adding in my own ‘healthy-fat stir ins’ like chia, nut butters, and chopped nuts.
At the end of the day we all have to make it work for us. So read the science, learn from your mentors, and most importantly listen to and trust your body.
