JUMP START SESSION + FOLLOW UP
This is the first consultation plus a follow up to create the foundation of your path towards reaching your health, nutrition, and weight loss goals. This initial Jump Start Package allows me to get to know you on all levels including your past experiences with diets, relationship to food, exercise, food likes/dislikes, challenges you come across, and much more.
Need individualized guidance personalized to meet your needs and lifestyle? Have questions about how to get where you “want” with your health, nutrition and weight loss goals? This Jump Start Package is the first step for anyone who has interest in taking their health and wellness goals into their own hands. This initial consultation will allow me to learn more about you, your personal goals, and assess your dietary patterns. This Jump Start Program is also ideal for anyone who has a good basic understanding of eating clean and wants to investigate tweak their diet to meet specific goals, or investigate areas that may be blocking you to reaching your ideal goal.
INCLUDES: 2 total sessions: 1, 1-hour session + 1, 45-minute sessions. Full nutrition and dietary assessment, individual goals and recommendations, Grocery Shopping List, Grocery Shopping Guide, Portion Guide, Food Group Guide, and any additional tip sheets that may be beneficial for your progress.
6 WEEK COACHING PACKAGE
This 6-week package is perfect for those of you wanting to commit to your health and/or weight loss journey by understanding your current habits so we can approach change in a lasting way. The initial consultation allows me to get to know you on all levels including your past experiences with diets, relationship to food, exercise, food likes/dislikes, challenges you come across, and much more. This comprehensive consultation will allow me to understand what you most want to work on so I can make specific recommendations tailored to your personal health, nutrition, and/or weight loss goals.
We will reassess your current goals and discuss your overall feelings of how you’re coming along with your goals. You will learn that meal-planning can be as structured (number-oriented, macronutrient and calorie-focused) or as loosely structured (“big picture” of quality food choices) as you like. Along with nutrition, we will also cover topics including; awareness, how-to set yourself up for success, how to use your mind as a tool to create what you want, and self-care.
Most importantly I will be here to support you and keep you accountable to yourself every step of the way.

This is for clients who have already been through my 6-week session and need to check in, ask some questions, work through a mental block, or tweak their goals. It’s one conversation to help inspire, empower, and motivate you to stay on your path.
