Video: Chicken and White Bean Chili

I’ve gotta tell you guys… I’ve never appreciated one-pot meals (that leave me with plenty of leftovers) more than I do now that I’ve got my two little ones!
I know you Moms out there can relate (and even those of you who are Aunt, Uncles, Grandmas, Grandpas, etc. know what I’m talking about).
Kids have a way of keeping us busy (understatement of the day) and it’s our job to find very creative ways to keep them busy…

What’s not to love? Seriously, you tell me because I can’t think of one thing.

I’m not a big fan of pre-prepped produce from the grocery store.
It’s more expensive. Less flavorful. And usually not so fresh.
BUT at the end of the day, we’ve all gotta pick and choose our battles SO if pre-prepped produce is what helps you get your fruits and veggies on the table, then more power to ya!
But since it is my mission to get more delicious and nutritious foods into your bellies, more often, I thought, maybe, just maybe…

This is an updated version of my original Sweet Potato 101 video (which was the very first 101 video I ever posted!) We have improved the sound, cut back the length, and shot it in HD!

Video: How-To Chop an Onion

In order to make quick meals there are a handfull of things you need to know. The most important (in my opinon) is knowing how to use your knife (which we also recently updated to HD and hope to post soon!).
Once you’ve got that down all you have to do is grasp a basic understanding of how to handle the ingredients you’re working with and you’ll be good to go!

One big wood cutting board it a Clean & Delicious™ kitchen essential. It’s a sure-fire way to save time in the kitchen and makes cooking a whole lot easier!
The technique I share in this video has been my go-to maintenance routine for nearly 7 years and my board is as good as new (except for a little burn it got from being too close to the stove once).
