Baked Goodies
Clean Eating Individual Apple Crisps

Fall is in the air and what better way to welcome this cool, brisk, colorful season than with a sweet, warm, ooey, gooey, apple crisp?!
But as we all know, too much of a good thing is simply too much, so I thought I would encourage the practice of moderation by making this crisp into individual sized portions. Roni’s Banana Oatmeal Cups

Your morning bowl of oats just got a whole lot easier thanks to my friend Roni over at GreenLiteBites.

What can I say, I’m a sensitive kind of gal and more times than not the news leaves me with thoughts and images in my mind that I find I am better off without!
Enter my husband…
“Lower-Cal” Chocolate Walnut Cookies

I’ll be the first to say that a cookie is a cookie and if your looking for the nutritional profile of a bowl of cabbage soup then by all means DON”T MAKE COOKIES!
I mean c’mon, a cookie is a sweet.
It’s a treat.
It’s an indulgence…
Fruit Nut & Oat Cookies

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, surely you don’t need me to tell you that I am certainly not the world’s most proficient writer;). Short and to the point tends to be my basic style, so while after eating these cookies I had a hundred of different ways to explain just how absolutely d’lishes they are, the only thing that I can think to say about them now is, “Holy Yum!”.
