Broiled Sole With Mustard And Thyme

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a recipe just for the love of sharing a recipe!
I’ve been so focused on video production I’ve let my written recipes fall by the way side…
Video: Clean Eating Tuna Pasta Salad (To Take For Lunch)

This was a recipe that I (sorta) stole from my sister.
Her recipe uses white pasta and (I kid you not) about a half a jar of mayo.
It’s delicious BUT I really wanted to clean it up a bit using ingredients that work better for me and my body-body!
Clean Eating Roasted Shrimp and Green Beans

In case it’s not obvious, the two key factors that weigh the heaviest when it comes to cooking (for me) are; simplicity and nutritional density.
Notice how I put simplicity first?
Truth be told, that even for me (a self-proclaimed, ‘health conscious foodie’) more times than not ‘time and ease’ tend to outweigh health and nutrition once the clock starts ticking…
Pan Seared Sockeye Salmon w/ Raw Kale & Walnut Pesto

Remember that Raw Kale and Walnut Pesto I posted earlier this week? Well here is just one of many ways you can put it to use… simply dolloped on top of a piece of pan seared salmon.
This recipe is packed with all of those healthy omega-3′s that we need to be incorporating into our diet!
Tilapia Oreganata

I can hardly believe that’s it’s been almost six weeks since Jach’s was born! Thanks so much to everyone who sent well wishes and for those of you who have been patiently waiting for me to get things back in order around here.
I think we’re all starting to get the new rhythm around here and I’m more than ready to work on this lingering 15 lbs. of post-baby weight!
Pantry-Style Linguini and Clams

Linguini with White Clam Sauce was has always been one of my favorite meals and I can say with confidence that this is one recipe that I’ve mastered.
By making some from very simple changes this classic Italian dish is easily transformed into a Clean & Delish staple.
Walnut Crusted Wild Salmon Kissed w/ Cinnamon

With the exception of salt, pepper, and olive oil this super-simple, crazy-flavorful meal calls for only three measly ingredients (all of which are mentioned in the recipe title)!
Yup, this one’s simple enough for a quick weeknight meal and delicious and impressive enough to serve at your next dinner party.
Broiled Sole Scampi

Broiled fish is one of the most basic and useful cooking techniques to keep in your back pocket. It’s a super simple way to get a Clean & Delicious meal on the table in a very short amount of time.
Super Simple Shrimp Tacos

This is a recipe that I originally posted in October of 2007 (nearly three and a half years ago) and much to my surprise, I don’t think I’ve made them since.
So I decided to make them for dinner tonite and was really impressed at how quick and delicious this meal is – it’s a great recipe to add to your weeknight rotation since it’s such an easy, tasty dish to make.
And since I snapped a new photo, I thought for sure it was worth sharing again:).
(Feel free to read on to hear what I had to say about this dish three plus years ago)…
Wild Salmon Salad

Whenever salmon is on the menu for dinner I ‘m always sure to make extra since leftover salmon is so versatile. It’s good hot, cold, or at room temperature and works for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Even 18 month old Katie loves it (I can’t get her to touch chicken but you better lookout when salmon hits her high chair!).
