Take some time to enjoy this ‘Healthy Shamrock Shake’.
Basically, this is a vanilla-mint protein shake that is made from mint tea, frozen bananas, spinach, and some vanilla protein powder.
It’s super easy to make and would make a great breakfast or post workout snack.

Healthy Shamrock Shake
Yield: Serves 1
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
- 3/4 cup mint tea
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- Make your mint tea ahead and let it cool to room temperature. I like to use 1 teabag for 8 ounces of water.
- Add tea, banana, protein powder and spinach into the blender along with 3 ice cubes. Blend on high until thick, rich, and creamy. Pour in your favorite mug and top with a squirt of whipped cream (totally optional). Enjoy!
