It seems these days, health and nutrition experts have lots of different opinions about the way we should all be eating.
There’s a lot of contrast, confusion, and corruption (yeah. I went there.) around what is considered to be healthy food that is optimal for our bodies, and I wonder if that will ever change.
But in the midst of all of it there is one thing, that seemingly ALL experts agree on and that is that we should all be eating more greens.
Lots of greens.
A reckless amount.
So here is a super easy way to remove the stem from your kale so you can cook and eat it with a little more ease.
