I love this question about counting calories because I think anyone who has ever tried to lose weight probably has come to a point in their lifes when they wonder whether or not they should be counting their calories.
The truth is that there is no right or wrong when it comes to counting calories. It all comes down to one simple question; Does it work for YOU?
And remember, you will always know if something is working for you simply by asking yourself this: Does this make me feel more connected or less connected to myself?
When things work for us, they bring us into a deeper, more intimate relationship with ourselves. When they don’t work, they invite us to disconnect.
