Fennel is a personal favorite of mine. I’ve been eating it since I was a little girl and have really fond memories of this unique ‘licorice-flavored’ veggie.
You can enjoy fennel cooked or raw. It makes a bright and fresh addition to any salad and is a welcome surprise to a veggie plate as well.
