Hi Dani! Thanks for all your videos especially this one. I thought I hated brussel sprouts because my mom used to boil the heck out of them when I was a kid. I’m going to give them a try as you did in the video and I have a feeling, I’m gonna love them!
I first tried these in NZ and love them. The way I was taught was to use the knife to create a cross in the trimmed off end, going deep enough into the hard middle to allow the sprout to steam evenly. Love your lemon and garlic recipe and will give it a go when I next get some sprouts.
I’ve been making your roasted garlic (in alfoil with olive oil) regularly since seeing the video and am not without some in the fridge now ready for toast or on a sandwich.
