How-To Cut And Clean Your Leeks (Video)

YouTube Preview Image

Hey guys!  This video is a simple, clear-cut tutorial on how to cut and clean your leeks.

Why such a basic video you ask?

Because leeks can be pretty freakin’ dirty on the inside…

and if you don’t know how to deal with the grit you can ruin your whole meal!!

Trust me… I’ve learned this the hard way:).

Hope you find this one helpful.

Hi Dani! I just wanted to thank you for your great website! Leeks, kale, chard and quinoa are ingredients I have been wanting to incorporate into my diet for a long time but have been so afraid to try cooking with them at home. I wasn’t even sure if you could eat kale raw! Your videos are so quick, easy to follow and INFORMATIVE! They make me want to jump in the kitchen! Thanks again! Your recipes look amazing! I’m looking forward to trying them!

    Please keep your videos/recipes coming!
