I’ve decided to answer the “Ask Dani’s” in video format. It’s faster, easier, and in my opinion – more efficient.

61 x .8 = 48.8 grams of protein per day. Use this formula as a guide, NOT as a law, and remember that if you do a lot of strength training you may want to bump .8 to 1gram or so.
